Once you have created your character and begun the game, you will see your character standing at the entrance to the virtual training ground. You can use the regular item in your inventory as your starting weapon.
1. Check the mini map to the upper right corner of the screen.
Green signifies a safe area where monsters cannot freely invade. In this area, players can get help from NPC’s by talking to them or trade between themselves.
2. Mouse over a green dot displays the NPC’s name and the role.
On the mini map, your location is shown as a blue dot and the location of the NPC’s as green dots.
Kaiser

As the top commander of the virtual training ground, lieutenant-colonel Kaiser quickly briefs the Slayers deployed in the region, and provides basic training for Slayers who wield swords and blades.
Jacques

Jacques is a veteran soldier who provides basic training for Slayers who wield guns and rifles.
Tanya

Tanya provides information in this virtual training ground regarding different weapon classes. She also provides basic training in priest-class heals and enchanting.
Dennis

Dennis is responsible for providing basic treatment and medical supplies for wounded Slayers. You must get treatment from him to get rid of 12 hours penalty. (Decreased protection and evasion for 12 hours)
Yamamoto

Yamamoto is responsible for treating wounded Slayers, and sometimes trades basic items. You must get treatment from him to get rid of 12 hours penalty. (Decreased protection and evasion for 12 hours)
You can locate on the mini map other NPC’s who will trade with the Slayers.
You will see your character in front of the Limbo Castle at the start of the game.
1. Vampires are very powerful since they have double the attributes of Slayers.
Their outstanding basic abilities even allow them to battle without any equipment. Because of this, there are no particular NPC’s a vampire must visit.
2. Check the mini map to the upper right corner of the screen.
Mouse over a green dot displays the NPC’s name and the role. On the mini map, your location is shown as the red dot and the location of the NPC’s as green dots.
3. You are recommended to go to the Bathory Dungeon at the beginning of the game.
Check your mini map for the purple area and enter the Bathory Dungeon. You will meet monsters appropriate for your level on the first floor. As you attain higher level, you can move out farther on the map.
You will see your character inside the Ousters Village at the start of the game.
1. Ousters' attributes are 50% higher than those of the Slayers, giving Ousters basic combat abilities.
Although the Ousters have great attributes, they must be given equipment in order to fight. At the start of the game, your Ousters will have equipped their traditional weapon, Chakram, and there is no particular NPC’s you must visit.
