Castalo, along with Lake Timor, is one of the top two tourist attraction in the City of Eslania. This region is made up of flat plateaus and located in the middle of Serba Mountains which form the boundary between Helea and Ukria. Even before the City of Eslania turned into a tourist city, this place was revered as a sacred ground of Eslania. Now it is an accursed ground due to the clash between humans and the Ousters. At the peak of the industrial development in this region when all had faded into a legend, vampires invaded, forcing all operations to halt. Now the ruins can be seen here and there.

Located in the upper section of the Castalo Plateaus, this is the home of the Ousters. These asexual Ousters, although they were raised on the blood of the vampires, once helped humans. This village was their final base of operations. The Ousters barely continued their lineage underground, and severed their relations for 500 years with humans who betrayed them. Without revealing themselves to anyone at all and continuing their lives underground, the Ousters created their own world in the Castalo Plateaus.

This underground dungeon beneath the Ousters Village shows the secluded life of the Ousters. You can find places such as a hatching room which the Ousters used to breed, a kitchen, and the hibernation room where they once entered into hibernation after casting a seal on themselves. One day, a strange hole was dug into this dungeon, and a horde of vampires began to appear. Vampires can set foot in this underworld of the Ousters race through this underground tunnel. Now everything lies in ruins and the Ousters fight on out into the world for their destiny. Humans and vampires alike, the Ousters consider them invaders who desecrated their paradise. The alliance of old is no more and only enemies remain.
